Anna G. Levine

Biography:

Anna G. Levine is a member of the firm’s Business/Finance Department and practices in the area of general corporate and tax law. Anna has provided support, from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective, in multiple corporate mergers and acquisitions, has worked with local businesses to update their bylaws and corporate books and worked with local counsel in multiple U.S. and international jurisdictions assisting clients in the formation of subsidiaries.

Anna enjoys playing chess and channeled her love of the game into community service, receiving recognition from Step-Up Springfield and the Springfield Public School Volunteers for her work teaching chess to local elementary school students. Anna was also actively involved in an to effort raise awareness and funds to successfully bring a wheelchair accessible playground to a local public school.

Anna has over twenty years international business experience, is fluent in Japanese and German and proficient in French.

Related Professional Experience:

Prior to joining the firm Anna served as a clerk in the Natural Resources Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and as a research assistant to a law office specializing in the area of tax law.
