Biography:

Jenelle Dodds is a member of the firm’s Business/Finance Department. Her practice is focused on general corporate and business matters. She provides advice to clients on matters involving both federal and state corporate law, drafts and negotiates various corporate and finance documents, and deals with corporate and tax-related issues for businesses in connection with a range of commercial transactions, including private lending transactions and stock and asset acquisitions. Ms. Dodds has experience in a wide variety of business transactions. She has represented private and public companies in connection with public offerings of debt and equity securities ranging from $75 million to $1 billion, equity investments and acquisitions ranging in value from $10 million to $30 million, venture capital financings ranging in value from $500,000 to $10 million, and revolving credit and term loan facilities ranging in size from $1 million to $150 million.

She graduated in 1995, cum laude, from Williams College, and in 1998 from the University of Virginia Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. Before joining BR&G, she practiced with the firm of Bingham McCutchen, LLP in Boston.
