  • Assisted the Springfield Redevelopment Authority from pre-construction to final completion of the Union Station renovation
  • Drafted contracts and advised a local college as to issues arising during construction of multiple projects including its $200 million science center
  • Assisted in the development of MGM’s Springfield casino
  • Provided contracts and construction advice to a local hospital relating to multiple projects
  • Represented a local independent school in litigation with its architect on a major project
  • Represented a homeowner in dispute with builder over change orders
