Bulkley Richardson Honors Special Olympics at The Big E

Bulkley Richardson will honor hundreds of athletes representing the Special Olympics of Massachusetts at The Big E on Sunday, September 28.  The fair has dedicated “Salute to Special Olympics Day” to athletes and their families starting with an opening ceremony, followed by a day at the fairgrounds.

The Big E, hosted by Eastern States Exposition, is the largest event on the East Coast and the fourth largest fair in North America running from September 12—28.  Attendees can enjoy hours of entertainment and attractions, a variety of food, plus the best that New England—and beyond—has to offer.

“I have the pleasure of working with Eastern States Exposition in their quest to make The Big E a spectacular event each fall.  And it is a great honor to welcome the Special Olympics athletes and their families to such an iconic event drawing a diverse audience to western MA,” said Mark Cress, Partner at Bulkley Richardson.  “This is Bulkley Richardson’s fourth year celebrating the Special Olympics of Massachusetts at the Big E.  I look forward to the opening ceremony each year, feeling the joy and excitement that this day brings.”

In conjunction with “Salute to Special Olympics Day,” Bulkley Richardson will distribute more than 500 shirts designed specifically for this event to the athletes and their families.
