Bulkley Richardson Takes Part in Well-Being Week in Law
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Bulkley Richardson is taking part in Well-Being Week in Law from May 5-9. The annual event was created by the Institute for Well-Being in Law and supported by the American Bar Association. This year’s theme is “Boosting Well-Being with Connection.”
“It goes without saying that being a lawyer is a highly demanding job, making it important for lawyers to take appropriate steps to protect their mental health,” said Elizabeth Quick, Bulkley Richardson’s Executive Director. “The profession requires a great deal of dedication and knowledge so by creating an environment that encourages well-being, the firm is better for it.”
High-quality relationships and group belonging are chief sources of well-being. Social connections can bolster all well-being dimensions, including physical, spiritual, intellectual, social and emotional well-being.
Well-Being Week in Law 2025 encourages you to take concrete actions toward positive change. Bulkley Richardson encourages all lawyers and those within stressful careers to take steps to boost your well-being via connections.
