John Pucci, partner at the law firm Bulkley Richardson, was invited to join a bipartisan advisory committee to review and provide recommendations on federal District Court candidates across Massachusetts. The committee was convened by United States Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.).

The Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Judicial Nominations will solicit, interview, and comment on applications for federal District Court vacancies. The Advisory Committee comprises distinguished members of the Massachusetts legal community, including prominent academics and litigators, and is chaired by former U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Gertner.

“The Advisory Committee plays a critical role ensuring that highly qualified, fair-minded judges are appointed to federal courts in the Commonwealth,” said Senators Warren and Markey. “We look forward to receiving the Committee’s recommendations.”
