Jacob Kosakowski is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group where he works with individuals in all areas of estate and gift tax planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorneys, health care proxies, real estate deeds, homestead exemptions, and related transactional work. He also provides legal guidance to individuals regarding estate administration and the probate process.
