Kevin C. Maynard

Our esteemed colleague, Kevin Maynard, retired on December 31, 2023. Kevin has been a key asset to the success of the firm’s Litigation Department, advising clients on strategies to avoid and resolve commercial disputes through advice, negotiation, litigation, arbitration and mediation. Internally, Kevin has been a driving force behind the firm’s recruiting efforts and has been instrumental in building the deep bench of attorneys that exists today.
