Qualifications: 

• Juris doctorate from accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
• Commercial real estate experience
• Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations and title standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability, with ability to multi-task
• Time-management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $89,000 – $135,000 per year
