Matt Dziok and Lisa Harty, M.D. Named Rising Stars

Bulkley Richardson is proud to announce that Matt Dziok and Lisa Harty, M.D. have been selected to the 2026 Massachusetts Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in the area of Medical Malpractice: Defense.  The top 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected as Rising Stars.

Matt Dziok has experience representing clients in a range of litigation in federal and state courts, including in the areas of medical malpractice defense, health care, property tax, estate and probate, personal injury, and complex commercial disputes. He also has experience advising clients, including individuals, businesses, health care entities, and schools and universities, on a variety of statutory and regulatory compliance issues.

Lisa Harty brings a rare dual perspective as both a physician and an attorney to help health care providers navigate high-stakes medical malpractice and regulatory matters. She defends clinicians in malpractice litigation and represents providers before licensing and professional boards, with a practical focus on minimizing disruption, protecting reputations, and resolving issues efficiently.
