Christa Calabretta practices in the Business Department where she focuses on general corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work. She is also a member of the firm’s Health Care practice where she assists with contracts, agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and other matters affecting health care organizations.
