Bio
Jennifer Carpenter is a dedicated and accomplished litigator, responsible for cases in both state and federal courts. With two decades of experience, Jennifer has established herself as a passionate advocate with an unwavering commitment to her clients.
Jennifer has extensive experience representing hospitals, long-term care and residential treatment facilities, and families as they navigate the nuanced and often complex guardianship process. Combining that experience and legal prowess with the compassion that she brings to all her work, Jennifer has established herself as a leader in guardianship law, an area of special importance to our community.
While guardianships are the cornerstone of her practice, Jennifer also possesses extensive experience in health care litigation representing hospitals and psychiatric centers, physician groups, as well as physicians, nurses and other providers in a variety of matters ranging from medical malpractice defense to employment matters.
In her employment law practice, Jennifer consults on employment related issues and represents employers before various agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination
