Bio

Julie Dick Palmer leads Bulkley Richardson’s Family Law practice.  She counsels individuals, couples and families on all matters relating to domestic relationships.  While a fierce advocate for her clients, Julie demonstrates compassion and discretion during what is often an emotionally charged time.

Julie’s experience includes litigating and negotiating a variety of family law and safety matters including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, 209A Abuse Prevention Orders, 258E Harassment Prevention Orders, Petitions to Partition and guardianship matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Julie was an attorney at Community Legal Aid where she represented clients in Probate and Family Courts and District Courts as a part of the Family Law Unit.
