Matthew Dziok

Bio

Matt Dziok is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department where his practice focuses on civil litigation and regulatory matters. Matt has experience representing clients in a range of litigation in federal and state courts including in the areas of medical malpractice defense, health care, property tax, estate and probate, personal injury, and complex commercial disputes. Matt also has experience advising clients, including individuals, businesses, health care entities, and schools and universities, on a variety of statutory and regulatory compliance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as a private investigator, where he handled numerous civil and criminal investigations for insurers, attorneys, and public and private entities. Matt also clerked at a prominent local criminal defense firm.
