Rachel A. Knauerhase

Bio

Rachel Knauerhase is an attorney in the Business department where she focuses on the areas of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning.

Rachel graduated from Western New England University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2024, where she concentrated her studies on transactional law and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Law Review. Rachel was an Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. Scholar and CALI award recipient.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a legal intern at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and summer law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Connecticut.
