Dennis LaRochelle has close to three decades of experience handling complex litigation and has successfully litigated several multi-million-dollar disputes in the Massachusetts federal and state courts, earning a reputation as one of the best trial lawyers in Berkshire County. Dennis has tried cases in federal and state courts in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He regularly tries cases in the Probate Court in western Massachusetts, as well as the Land Court and Superior Court.

With proficiency in family law, Dennis regularly represents clients in all aspects of domestic relationships from divorce and child custody disputes to drafting prenuptial agreements and divorce settlements, and guardianships to adoptions, resolving disputes creatively and effectively. Dennis won a ground-breaking case in front of the Supreme Judicial Court, setting a new standard for fathers seeking to establish parental rights.

Before launching his legal career, Dennis was a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the United States Navy, making several deployments to the North Atlantic from 1982 through 1987. He has also worked as a quality assurance engineer and assistant project manager on a number of construction and development contracts for the Navy from 1987 through 1993.
