Gene Pilman focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business, administrative law and finance. His experience gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of the business and real estate markets.

Gene has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign, institutional, private equity, lender, developer and landlord clients in pursuing real estate acquisitions, new development, joint ventures, financing, construction agreements, and leasing transactions as part of a broad-based transactional practice that spans the entire life of a development from site selection due diligence to acquisition, development and occupancy.
