Joshua Weatherwax

Joshua Weatherwax is an attorney in the Business Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions.

Joshua graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2025, where he concentrated his studies on transactional law and served as Senior Note Editor of the Law Review. He was an Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. Scholar and CALI award recipient.

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua spent more than a decade in marketing leadership roles at businesses ranging from Series A startups to multinational corporations.
