Seunghee Cha and Ryan Barry Named “Legal Luminaries”
Bulkley Richardson congratulations partners Seunghee Cha, LLM and Ryan Barry for being named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s inaugural list of “Legal Luminaries.” This new program honors legal professionals who have shaped the community and advanced the practice of law in central and western Massachusetts and recognizes attorneys whose dedication, expertise and commitment to justice have made a lasting impact across diverse areas of legal practice in this part of the state.

She is Chair of Bulkley Richardson’s Trusts & Estates department, taking a personalized approach to representing individuals, couples and families in both straightforward and complex estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related probate proceedings.
Barry has been recognized for commitment to clients in Higher Education. He chairs the Schools, Colleges and Education practice group at the firm where he advises on contracts, grants, policies, tax issues, permitting and regulatory compliance. Ryan is also Co-chair of the firm’s Health Care and Construction practices.
“It is no surprise that Seunghee and Ryan have been recognized as influencers in the law. They carry leadership roles within the firm and serve as dedicated mentors to associates and counsel. And the tremendous impact they have made for clients, advancing their personal and business goals, is undeniable. They are both an inspiration to others,” said Dan Finnegan, Bulkley Richardon’s Managing Partner.
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s will hold a special event on December 9 at Union Station in Worcester to celebrate the 2025 Legal Luminaries.
