Alternative dispute resolution has become an increasingly preferred option for resolving disputes. Mediation avoids the costs and expense of litigation, saves time, and allows the parties to agree on a mutually satisfactory outcome with the assistance of a skilled mediator. Arbitration streamlines the litigation process, expediting time to final resolution on the merits, saving the parties substantial fees and allowing the parties to select a decision-maker in whom they have confidence and often has experience in the subject matter being arbitrated.

The ADR group at Bulkley Richardson provides alternative dispute resolution services to parties, including mediation and arbitration, both before, during and after litigation, in all type of civil disputes including construction, corporate/business, real estate, healthcare, insurance and non-profits, including schools, colleges and universities.

The ADR group is led by Justice John M. Greaney.
